About the role

  • Discuss roadmap with account teams and customers both broadly and in depth to ensure Nokia roadmap intersects customer network evolution.
  • Collect feature requests from Nokia sales and customers to address roadmap feature gaps.
  • Prioritize feature requests across the North America region and across other sales regions to ensure maximum impact.
  • Provide innovative network solutions to customers to meet and exceed their business needs.
  • Work with sales and commercial management teams on pricing requests and approve customer pricing.
  • Work with sales to ensure sales regions meet or exceed their bookings targets.
  • Work across the business division to ensure profitability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science.
  • 15+ years of experience in Optical Networking with at least five years in a product management role.
  • Good communication skills with customer-facing experience.
  • Willing to travel within North America and internationally.
