About the role
- Shadow Project Managers to learn project review, recognition, forecasting, and identifying scope opportunities.
- Gain exposure to the complete Nokia project lifecycle, including planning, execution, and acceptance.
- Collaborate with a Resident Engineer to understand lab certification processes and User Acceptance Test (UAT) requirements for new PON ONTs.
- Observe Maintenance Windows (MW) to learn the mechanics and responsibilities involved in MW activities.
- Monitor and engage in CARE activities to understand real-world production issues and remediation steps.
- Utilize Microsoft tools (Excel, SharePoint, etc.) for documentation and reporting.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Project Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field at an accredited U.S. university.
- Computer savvy; proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, SharePoint).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Technical agility and a digital mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic; motivated to learn, be challenged, and contribute to the team.
