About the role
- Responsible for the technical delivery of Packet Core projects, ensuring seamless execution from start to finish
- Manage all technical aspects of the project, ensuring adherence to quality, risk, and time constraints outlined in the customer contract
- Prepare delivery approach through deployment, customer acceptance, and ongoing care
- Serve as the primary technical interface and first point of escalation for the customer project
- Build strong relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
- Responsible for Packet Core domain project delivery schedule creations
- Support Project Manager in creating project schedule and Resource Management plan
- Initiate, create and deliver project technical documents according to customer and internal procedures
- Consult Project stakeholders on technical questions related to CPC and manage project technical risks
- Manage Packet Core project technical team daily, assign tasks and control execution, coordinate engineers according to customer demands
- Closure and follow up of all Tickets raised towards Salesforce/4LS/R&D
- Consolidate, prioritize and escalate tickets; coordinate/communicate with customer and other stakeholders related to technical delivery
- Report weekly project updates to management and contribute to care handover of Project
- Contribute to improvement of SCD DQ (Delivery Quality) KPI by reviewing the need to raise Care case
- Multi-domain multi-BG role which is typically not customer facing
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Around 15+ years of experience in Packet Core Projects
- Knowledge and Experience of Packet Core Equipment: MME, S/PGW, AMF, SMF, UPF
- Knowledge and Experience of Nokia Packet Core equipment: cMM, cMG, NRD
- Capable of understanding Technical Notes, Protocol Specs, Method of Procedure
- Linux knowledge is an advantage
- Basic understanding of Project Management skill is an advantage
