💰 $88,200 - $163,800 per year
About the role
- Conduct unit-level, board-level and third-party hardware integration for Space and Defense hardware
- Perform functional integration, hardware requirements verification, safety and regulatory testing
- Work with Product Architects to define testable requirements that fully define the product hardware
- Own hardware test plans that enable product verification
- Cooperate with electrical and mechanical designers and software engineers to develop a holistic design
- Interact with design team members to document product faults and determine root cause
- Provide weekly reporting of program status in release manager meetings and to management
- Compile evidence at P7 and P8 milestones to demonstrate hardware design maturity and quality
- Champion testing efforts needed to successfully launch the product into production
Requirements
- US Citizen or Permanent Resident required (National Security Agreement eligibility)
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Master's preferred)
- At least 3 years' experience in hardware IVT taking products to production
- Ability to use a wide variety of test automation tools to facilitate timely testing in conformance with specifications
- Knowledge of the MN Create process
- Customer and 3rd-party test lab relationship management experience
- Proficient communication (verbal, written) skills
