About the role
- Manage technical activities for medium and large projects
- Act as the primary technical interface and first technical escalation point within Customer projects
- Work with Project management and technical staff
- Manage technical management activities defined in Customer contract from delivery approach through deployment, customer acceptance and care phase
- Support Project Execution Owner (PEO) in project planning and delivery acceptance
- Validate workload and expertise needed for technical tasks; ensure resource management for technical tasks
- Lead technical activities during execution and care phase including Core Network Implementation, System Acceptance, Multi-Vendor Interface Verification, Fault and Technical Escalation Management, Preventive Care and HW/SW updates and upgrades
- Perform Technical Risk Analysis and implement mitigation actions
- Support delivery handover to regular operations to ensure actions implemented
- Ensure network availability with Care project team
Requirements
- 5-8 years extensive relevant experience and/or a graduate / postgraduate equivalent degree
- Strong communication skills and teamwork
- Experience in managing technical activities for projects
- Planning and organizational skills
- Performing and mitigating technical risks
