About the role

  • Create top-of-funnel enterprise-level pipeline.
  • Utilize all prospecting channels to reach out to prospects (email, phone, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Conduct account research to ensure relevant, personalized messaging.
  • Collaborate with marketing on ABM campaigns.
  • Support teammates with best practices (and learn theirs) in a collaborative team environment.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly opportunity targets.

Requirements

  • 12+ months in a BDR/SDR role.
  • Track record of engaging mid‑market and enterprise decision‑makers.
  • Proficient with cold calling, email and social prospecting.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills.
  • High energy, self‑starter and results‑driven; thrives in fast‑paced settings.
  • Comfortable with Salesforce and sales engagement tools such as Outreach & Nooks.
  • Bonus if you have:
  • - Experience executing ABM campaigns.
  • - Experience selling to enterprise ecommerce brands.
