Requirements
Minimum 3+ years of experience of Paid Social (Meta platforms, LinkedIn, Youtube, TikTok, etc.)
Minimum 3+ years of experience of Paid Search (Google ads and Bing ads)
Minimum 3+ years of experience in CRO.
Hands-to-keyboard experience managing campaign setup, targeting, bidding, and ongoing optimization to hit CPA, ROAS, and other growth goals.
Lead A/B and multivariate testing to continuously improve conversion rates and user acquisition funnels
Spent at least 7 figures in ad spend ($1 million - $10 million minimum) across your career. The more experience you have on spending (and spending efficiently, the better)
Expertise with the intersection of paid, owned and earned media in social and search campaign orchestration.
You must be highly analytical and obsessed with achieving client KPIs- you consider yourself "moderately data literate".
Strong attention to detail- you can spot an error a mile away and have created your own systems in place to QA your work.
You’re hungry to learn, passionate, and highly competent.
You demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
You are a master at balancing stakeholders and holding true to deadlines- even when they are tight!
