About the role
- Active new customer acquisition in the B2B sector using pre-qualified leads
- Consulting and selling cloud-based SaaS solutions that deliver real value
- Identifying decision-makers and managing complex sales processes
- Conducting product demos and presentations (remote or on-site)
- Responsible for forecasts, deal management and closing rates
- Close collaboration with PreSales, Marketing, Customer Success and Product Management
- Representing the company at trade shows, events and customer meetings
Requirements
- Experience in B2B SaaS sales or selling complex, consultative software solutions
- Strong closing skills, negotiation confidence and self-motivation
- Basic technical understanding and enthusiasm for consultative selling
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English
- Willingness to travel when appropriate and required
