About the role

  • Take a key role in building, operating and evolving a modern SaaS platform
  • Be responsible for the stable operation and continuous development of the cloud platform
  • Develop scalable, highly automated CI/CD pipelines and actively drive their optimization
  • Analyze existing processes and infrastructures, identify weaknesses and develop sustainable solutions
  • Support teams as a technical coach for modern DevOps practices and contribute to architectural decisions
  • Shape the DevOps culture technically, strategically and organizationally in close collaboration with interdisciplinary teams

Requirements

  • Several years of professional experience in software development, ideally in backend environments with a focus on automation and cloud
  • Strong knowledge of C# and the .NET framework as well as experience migrating monolithic applications to the cloud
  • Confident working knowledge of AWS services and a solid understanding of cloud architectures
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC, e.g. Terraform) and scripting with Python or PowerShell
  • Proficiency with CI/CD platforms such as GitLab
  • Strong communication skills in German and English, self-responsibility and enjoyment of working in a team in an international environment
