About the role
- Own content strategy and execution for the protocol’s primary X and LinkedIn accounts
- Coordinate and align team member and regional accounts to amplify a coherent narrative
- Co-own the content calendar alongside the content and communications team
- Work closely with the Discord Community Manager to align public discourse with community conversation
- Translate protocol updates, dashboards, metrics, and market insights into clear, credible social content
- Engage selectively with accounts and conversations that meaningfully advance the protocol’s narrative
- Maintain a high-signal social environment, prioritizing quality over volume
- Monitor DeFi, TradFi, and macro market developments and integrate relevant insights into ongoing narratives
- Design and maintain workflows for multi-account and multi-region social coordination
Requirements
- Strong familiarity with DeFi, RWAs, stablecoins, and capital markets
- Active user of crypto protocols, particularly lending, yield, or structured strategies
- Ability to interpret dashboards, metrics, and protocol data with confidence
- Proven experience managing high-impact X and LinkedIn accounts
- Strong editorial judgment with the ability to shape narratives, not just publish posts
- Clear, precise writing style suited to sophisticated and institutional audiences
- Experience coordinating distributed contributors across multiple accounts or regions
- High standards for accuracy, tone, and consistency
- Fluent English with excellent written communication skills
- Availability aligned with Pacific Time hours, with meaningful overlap during core working periods
