About the role

  • Responsibility for the strategic further development of the opti.node Cockpit
  • Ensuring the successful implementation of the product vision and strategy, as well as tactical initiatives
  • Monitoring the target market, defining relevant target groups, and identifying corresponding market problems
  • Responsibility for the commercial success of the opti.node Cockpit and its P&L
  • Budget oversight and delivery of data-driven insights for product development and portfolio
  • Responsibility for go-to-market strategies and deriving implications and actions for the business model, pricing, (product) positioning and buyer personas
  • Active stakeholder management within the cross-functional product team, with target groups and external stakeholders

Requirements

  • Academic background in energy economics, business informatics with a focus on energy, or a comparable qualification
  • Solid domain and market knowledge in wind and PV plants as well as battery storage
  • Knowledge of the key regulatory requirements (EEG, EnWG, StromStG)
  • Extensive experience in new product and product development, pricing and monetization strategies
  • Proven track record in market launches and go-to-market strategies for B2B SaaS products
  • Familiarity with the Agile Scrum methodology and related tools (e.g., Atlassian Tool Suite)
  • Demonstrable resilience and the ability to work successfully under adverse and dynamic conditions
  • Reliable, target-group-specific and solution-oriented communication with various stakeholders
  • Native German language skills (our company language)
