• Drive the execution of strategic initiatives and tactical operations across key areas of HR such as talent acquisition, learning and development, HR analytics and reporting, performance management, and HR operational efficiency
• Directly supervise, evaluate, and develop team members to achieve departmental goals
• Create and execute strategies for talent acquisition to develop a robust pipeline of high-quality candidates; ensure continuous and proactive communication with both hiring managers and candidates to provide a high-touch, transparent recruitment experience; reporting on recruitment and hiring analytics and metrics
• Create a structured approach to the learning and development function, ensuring training content and delivery meet high professional standards and align with company and department KPIs
• Provide support with HR data reporting ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
• Serve as POC for internal HR audits; monitor and maintain HR processes and controls
• Foster a collaborative and supportive environment, while maintaining high professional standards and accountability
• Provide frequent communication and updates to the Chief HR Officer

Manager, Talent Acquisition and Development

General Counsel

• Provide legal advice and counsel for Nodal’s businesses, working with other attorneys in General Counsel’s office, and engaging with business to address any commercial business needs in a legally compliant manner.
• Stay abreast of changing laws/regulations applicable to the business, work with business, finance, and technology stakeholders to develop and implement best practices.
• Lead and/or assist in the preparation, review, editing, or negotiating of various business contracts, including third-party service provider, nondisclosure, confidentiality, and multiple types of licensing agreements, to mitigate risk in accordance with company policies and regulatory responsibilities.
• Structure and draft agreements, amendments, addenda, and other documents to comply with new and existing legal responsibilities and commercial contracts.
• Review and help maintain all company policies and procedures as needed.
• Assist in the administrative process and maintenance of the legal file systems.
• Develop a thorough understanding of the legal needs, policies and procedures of the business, and any applicable legal or policy issues of the EEX Group.

Assistant General Counsel

DevOps Engineer

• Production PostgreSQL infrastructure across the full lifecycle: architecture, deployment, replication, monitoring, performance tuning, backup/recovery, and capacity planning
• Streaming replication and high-availability configurations that meet the uptime expectations of a regulated financial exchange
• Query and system-level performance analysis—diagnosing slow queries, optimizing execution plans, tuning shared_buffers, work_mem, and autovacuum, not just reading pg_stat output but knowing what to do about it
• Backup and disaster recovery strategy using tools like Barman, including point-in-time recovery testing and validation
• Data architecture evolution: modernizing data warehouse and reporting infrastructure, building ETL pipelines, and designing data flows that scale with the business
• Data services across the organization: test data management, data obfuscation, data modeling, and supporting data needs for development, QA, and business teams
• Operational support including on-call rotation for after-hours production database emergencies
