HR Manager, Recruiting
nobleglass GmbH & Co KGHR Manager at Nobleglass oversees recruiting and collaborates with the HR team. Responsible for candidate selection and development of HR processes with a focus on innovative HR structures.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Central member of the HR team with close collaboration with management and the Head of HR
- Responsible for recruiting: from job profiles and adverts, through channel selection, managing external agencies and active sourcing, to interviews and supporting candidates through to the hiring decision
- Further development of HR concepts and processes (e.g., recruiting, onboarding, talent & performance topics)
- HR generalist in day-to-day operations – from onboarding to offboarding – and the primary contact for employees and managers
- Take ownership of projects and drive their implementation together with the HR team
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, (Business) Psychology, Human Resources or a comparable field
- Several years of experience in generalist HR, with a clear focus on recruiting (including collaboration with external service providers/agencies)
- Conceptual thinker
- Enjoy shaping processes and thinking beyond operational day-to-day tasks
- Independent, structured working style with the ability to keep track of multiple projects
- Highly communicative, open personality with enthusiasm for a startup environment
- Fluent in German, both written and spoken (at least C1)
