About the role
- Generate and develop accounts in the automotive sector (with a particular focus on insurers)
- Analyze KPIs, derive measures and ensure the achievement of sales targets
- Monitor the market, build active networks and identify new customer potential
- Manage the entire sales cycle – from first contact to contract signing
- Independently estimate projects and prepare proposals, including for tender processes
- Provide expert advice and develop solutions for vehicle replacement glazing for insurance companies
- Present our solutions convincingly and deepen your customer relationships
- Represent the company at trade shows and events
Requirements
- Completed degree or equivalent qualification with solid sales experience – ideally in the insurance sector
- Enthusiasm for the automotive and insurance industries
- Strong analytical skills and articulate communication
- Confident presence at all levels
- Customer-oriented approach, negotiation skills and enjoyment of teamwork
- Ideally experience in the insurance sector
- Highly independent working style
- Willingness to travel and interest in flexible remote or hybrid working
- Motivated hands-on mentality and intrinsic drive
- Residence in the Greater Munich area or southern Bavaria
