Product Manager

• Support the development and execution of product roadmaps aligned with company strategy and customer needs
• Partner with senior product leaders to define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for new features and enhancements
• Work cross-functionally to influence the evolution of our approach to our customers, from marketing to sales to strategy
• Gather and analyze customer feedback from customer interviews, product usage data, and internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for product improvement
• Collaborate closely with engineering and AI/ML teams throughout the product development lifecycle to ensure successful delivery of product initiatives
• Work with customer success and solutions engineering teams to understand customer workflows, use cases, and challenges in scientific and industrial environments
• Assist in prioritizing product backlog items based on customer impact, business value, technical feasibility, and strategic objectives
• Participate in product discovery activities, including market research, competitive analysis, and user interviews
• Support go-to-market activities by partnering with product marketing, sales, and customer success teams on product launches and customer enablement
• Help define and monitor product metrics to measure adoption, customer satisfaction, and business impact
• Create and maintain product documentation, release notes, and internal enablement materials
• Serve as an advocate for the customer while balancing technical constraints and business priorities
• Develop a strong understanding of emerging trends in artificial intelligence, machine learning, scientific computing, and enterprise software.

Program Manager

• Manage end-to-end customer implementation projects, pilots, and proof-of-concepts.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, resource plans, and risk strategies with Account Directors and Solutions Engineering.
• Facilitate project kickoffs to set clear objectives, deliverables, responsibilities, and success criteria.
• Align project priorities, resource allocation, and delivery timelines.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, remove blockers, and resolve issues timely.
• Serve as the primary customer PM contact, building trusted relationships through proactive, transparent communication.
• Manage customer expectations while balancing business priorities and technical constraints.
• Capture and communicate customer feedback internally to incorporate it into project execution.
• Coordinate cross-functional work across Account Directors, Solutions Engineering, Product Management, Engineering, AI/ML teams, and internal stakeholders.

Customer Program Manager

Artificial Intelligence

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models for scientific applications (e.g., materials discovery, chemical modeling, process optimization)
• Translate complex scientific and business problems into tractable AI/ML frameworks
• Work with real-world structured and unstructured scientific data (e.g., experimental, simulation, and literature data)
• Build and maintain data pipelines, feature engineering workflows, and model evaluation frameworks
• Collaborate cross-functionally with scientists, engineers, and product managers to deliver production-ready solutions
• Partner closely with Customer Success and client-facing teams to understand customer needs, translate requirements into AI/ML solutions, and support the successful deployment, adoption, and ongoing optimization of models in customer environments
• Apply techniques such as supervised/unsupervised learning, generative models, and optimization algorithms
• Contribute to the integration of models into scalable software platforms and APIs
• Stay current with advancements in AI/ML and relevant scientific domains; evaluate and apply new methods where appropriate
• Perform strategic research oriented towards improving NobleAI’s core technology
• Communicate findings and model outputs clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Periodic travel to customer sites and attend industry events
