About the role

  • Develop and implement a strategic business development plan to drive growth in the US market, focusing on senior care providers, assisted living facilities, and healthcare partners
  • Identify, qualify, and engage prospective clients through networking, cold calling, and industry research
  • Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers within targeted organizations, positioning Nobi as a leader in AgeTech and senior care solutions
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations, addressing client needs and showcasing the benefits of Nobi’s smart technology
  • Take ownership of the full sales cycle with a focus on closing deals—transforming warm leads into signed contracts
  • Manage the entire sales process, including lead qualification, needs assessment, proposal development, negotiations, and contract finalization
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Customer Success and Product, to ensure seamless onboarding and long-term client satisfaction
  • Track sales metrics, analyze results, and provide insights and recommendations for improvement
  • Represent Nobi at industry conferences, networking events, and trade shows to increase brand awareness and cultivate new leads
  • Stay current with industry trends, competitors, and regulatory changes in the healthcare and senior care sectors

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably within healthcare, AgeTech, or senior care markets
  • Demonstrated and quantifiable success in closing high-value deals and consistently meeting or exceeding aggressive sales targets
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with an existing network in the healthcare or senior care industry
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Self-starter with a relentless drive to close deals and grow market share
  • Proficient in CRM software and digital tooling
  • Nice to have: Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements in the US
  • Experience with IoT or healthcare technology solutions
