About the role

  • Serve as a key strategic business partner to the CEO and executive leadership team, providing financial leadership to support the company’s long‑term growth, profitability, and value creation.
  • Direct all finance, accounting, treasury, and related administrative functions, ensuring accurate reporting, effective controls, and strong relationships with the Board, lenders, auditors, and other stakeholders.
  • Assess and evaluate financial performance against budgets, forecasts, and long‑term objectives; provide insight and recommendations to support growth, margin improvement, and efficiency.
  • Direct preparation and presentation of all financial statements and management reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual results, cash flow, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Lead development of annual operating and capital budgets, multi‑year financial plans, and ongoing forecasting processes.
  • Manage cash flow, liquidity, and working capital; oversee banking relationships, investments, and capital raising activities as needed to support expansion.
  • Serve as primary financial liaison to external auditors, tax advisors, lenders, analysts, and other financial partners, ensuring timely audits and compliance with all requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field required.
  • Advanced degree (e.g., MBA or Master’s in Finance/Accounting) preferred, or equivalent experience.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred; other relevant certifications (e.g., CFA) are a plus.
  • Significant progressive experience in finance and accounting, including substantial time in senior leadership roles (typically 10+ years).
  • Prior experience as a CFO or senior financial executive in a complex, growth-oriented organization preferred; experience with public company reporting or large private environments is beneficial.
  • Demonstrated experience managing external audits, internal controls, compliance matters, and system implementations or upgrades.
