Requirements
Proven ability to define strategy, influence senior leaders, and scale commercial operations in high-growth MedTech or medical device companies.
Deep understanding of healthcare commercialization, sales operations, business analytics, and financial planning.
Skilled in CRM, marketing automation, BI tools, and data-driven business insights.
Familiarity with reimbursement models, clinical adoption, and commercialization of regulated technologies.
Demonstrated success leading process and technology transformation in scaling organizations.
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
15+ years of commercial operations, sales strategy, or related experience in healthcare/MedTech, with at least 7+ years in senior leadership roles
