About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive utilization and disposable revenue growth across assigned accounts
- Carry and deliver against defined territory or account-level sales targets
- Provide hands-on procedural support to ensure excellent clinical outcomes and strong customer experience
- Lead physician and staff training to accelerate pathway-to-proficiency and increase case volume
- Identify and advance expansion opportunities within existing accounts
- Maintain accurate forecasting of procedure pipeline and growth opportunities
- Conduct structured account reviews and track performance against revenue objectives
- Partner cross-functionally with Capital Sales, Marketing, and Medical Education to support program expansion
- Build clinical champions who influence broader hospital stakeholders
- Own revenue targets for assigned accounts or sub-territory
- Operate with increasing independence while aligned to territory strategy set with the manager
- Execute adoption acceleration and growth within established programs
- Maintain strong weekly field presence 4–5 days per week
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 1–3 years of experience in a clinical, sales support, or healthcare field role
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity managing and forecasting procedure and disposable pipeline with the aid of a CRM
- Comfortable working in hospital environments and supporting live procedures
- Willingness to travel 50–75%
- Valid driver's license and ability to successfully pass a check of a driver's record
- Preferred: experience selling highly technical, disruptive medical technology
- Preferred: experience with pulmonary, thoracic oncology, radiology, and endoscopy procedures and call points
- Preferred: experience differentiating a technical product in a highly competitive environment
- Preferred: exposure to program launches or training programs
- Preferred: early stage/startup commercial experience
- Preferred: CRM and data tracking experience
