About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the commercial success of the Galaxy system within your assigned territory, including achieving annual sales goals and MBOs in your region.
  • Engage surgeons, administrators, and economic buyers in person at their workplace to understand their needs, align on value, and move opportunities forward.
  • Work closely with internal partners across Clinical Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Clinical Engineering, Contracting, and Field Service to deliver a coordinated customer experience.
  • Represent Noah Medical professionally in the field, contribute to shared learnings across the sales organization, and shape how we bring Galaxy to market.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 5 years medical device sales experience.
  • Minimum of 1-3 years experience selling capital or medical devices into the C-Suite.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organization skills with the ability to manage multiple projects/sales processes simultaneously.
  • Familiarity managing a sales pipeline with the aid of a CRM.
  • Comfort traveling approximately 70% of the time.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and the ability to successfully pass a check of a driver's record.
