About the role

  • Take responsibility for the search engine optimization (SEO) of Noah Lutz Online Marketing's network.
  • Support day-to-day client management and take workload off the founder.
  • Significantly increase the volume of organic leads.
  • Standardize scalable SEO templates.
  • Create clear, concise SEO reporting.
  • Adapt the SEO strategy to different markets.

Requirements

  • German-speaking / speaks German (non-native speakers welcome)
  • Experience in or strong interest in optimizing processes and continuous improvement.
  • Willingness to be hands-on.
  • Experience working with VAs and AI agents or a natural ability to delegate.
  • A solid understanding of the specifics of local SEO.
