About the role
- Support managers in day-to-day people leadership
- Develop, improve, and maintain HR policies and processes
- Work with HR insights, reporting, and dashboards
- Take part in initiatives around talent and leadership development
- Support the implementation and ongoing development of our HR system
Requirements
- Solid experience in operational HR and Swedish labour law
- Comfortable supporting managers in everyday people topics
- Ability to navigate complex situations with a calm, pragmatic approach
- Experience with HR systems and data
- Collaborative, curious, and down-to-earth attitude
