About the role

  • Serve as primary point of contact for 6–10 clients.
  • Lead weekly strategy calls with clarity and direction.
  • Maintain exceptional client satisfaction, retention, and transparency.
  • Identify risks early and manage expectations professionally.
  • Build monthly and quarterly growth plans for each brand.
  • Translate client goals into actionable media + creative strategies.
  • Evaluate performance across Meta, Google, TikTok, landing pages & funnels.
  • Work closely with media buyers to refine targeting, budgets, bid strategies, and scaling paths.
  • Advise on offer structure, funnel optimization, landing pages, and customer journeys.
  • Provide creative direction based on data and market insights.
  • Develop new angles, hooks, and messaging frameworks.
  • Brief creative teams and monitor performance weekly.
  • Drive iteration cycles to find “Hero” creatives and scale them.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
  • Combine platform data, UTMs, and attribution tools for a clear narrative.
  • Highlight opportunities, inefficiencies, and next steps.
  • Build strategic recommendations tied to growth KPIs.
  • Coordinate execution across media buying, creative, and operations.
  • Ensure all deliverables and deadlines are met.
  • Improve internal SOPs, processes, and communication workflows.

Requirements

  • Has 3+ years in performance marketing, account management, or growth strategy roles.
  • Understands paid acquisition deeply (Meta, TikTok, Google) — not executing daily, but able to evaluate execution quality.
  • Communicates exceptionally clearly.
  • Can synthesize data into simple, actionable insights.
  • Shows strong ownership and project management skills.
  • Thrives in fast-paced, high-accountability environments.
