About the role

  • Develop and maintain financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
  • Ensure accurate financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Work closely with HR and payroll administrators to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
  • Monitor compensation structures, including incentive programs and benefits costs.
  • Ensure payroll tax compliance and accurate reporting.
  • Serve as a financial advisor to the executive leadership team.
  • Collaborate with billing and revenue cycle management teams to optimize reimbursement processes.
  • Lead and develop the finance team, ensuring best practices in financial management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
  • Minimum 3 years of progressive accounting and financial management experience.
  • Prior experience in healthcare services required (ABA, behavioral health, or therapy services is a strong plus).
