About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and implement HR processes, practices, and programs
  • Ensure proactive planning and effective execution of HR functions
  • Partner with leaders in managing the business
  • Assist leaders in promoting proactive changes
  • Research, analyze, and respond to leader and employee questions
  • Conduct exit interviews and investigate concerns

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Three years of experience working in a Human Resources Business Partner role
  • On evaluation, an advanced degree in Human Resources or related field may be substituted for experience.
  • Working knowledge of employment law.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Strong problem-solving skills
