Regulatory Affairs Intern
NMDPRegulatory Affairs Intern providing document management, regulatory tracking, and process improvement support in biopharmaceuticals. Gaining exposure to regulatory frameworks for innovative therapies.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide day-to-day support for Regulatory Affairs activities and operations.
- Assist with document organization, information management, and administrative coordination.
- Support internal documentation systems (e.g., SharePoint libraries).
- Compile and maintain information for external reporting.
- Assist with tracking regulatory/standards updates.
- Contribute to exploratory improvement initiatives (including evaluation of new tools and workflows).
- Gain hands-on experience with regulatory requirements relevant to innovative therapies (e.g., cell and gene therapies).
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Interest in regulatory affairs, biopharmaceuticals, or healthcare industries.
- Currently pursuing a degree in life sciences, regulatory affairs, or a related field.
- Experience or coursework related to regulatory affairs or the biopharmaceutical industry.
- Basic understanding of regulatory submission processes and document management.
- Familiarity with SharePoint or other shared network platforms.
