About the role
- Participate in all internship activities and events scheduled during normal business hours
- Assist with research, planning, and implementation of strategic corporate initiatives related to HRBP efforts
- Support the development and implementation of new resources and trainings with members of the team
- Contribute innovative ideas and share best practices relevant to HR
- Assist in performance management, talent development and employee relations processes
Requirements
- Requires High School Diploma
- Pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Human Resource Management or related field
- Strong verbal and written communication to effectively communicate with employees of all levels
- Superior interpersonal, influencing and persuasion skills as well as excellent relationship building skills
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and to navigate relationships and time constrains effectively
- Strong orientation to technology and excellent PC skills. (MS Office)
- Self-directed and motivated
