About the role

  • Support the planning and execution of business projects
  • Provide support to Process Engineers and Business partners towards pre-initiative process/benefit analyses
  • Aid creation of high-level and detailed business cases
  • Utilize appropriate Lean Six Sigma tools to help ensure project deliverables are met with high quality and in a timely manner
  • Participate in presentations of project updates and outcomes to various levels of management
  • Demonstrate strong relationship building and collaboration skills with team members and business partners.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma Required
  • Pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Business Administration/Management, Business & Technology, Computer Science, Information Technology and Project Management, or related field.
  • Knowledge of Healthcare industry, process mapping and exposure to Lean Six Sigma
  • Soft Skills include: Analytical and problem-solving skills; Strong verbal and written communications; and is willing to learn and is motivated
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office including Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Visio as well as Minitab preferred
