About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for driving process improvements and requirement gathering and analysis.
- Assess current state Salesforce processes against Salesforce best practices.
- Define the future state processes, working together with Program Area liaisons and the Salesforce architect.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into process flow diagrams and user stories.
- Participate in the creation of prototypes and proof of concepts.
- Support the development of High Level and Functional Designs.
- Develop strategies for data cleansing, transformation, and integration with external systems.
- Conduct training and workshops on Salesforce best practices, new features, emerging technologies, and industry trends.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior consultants and business analysts.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in Salesforce Consulting or related roles.
- Experience using Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum Methodology.
- Salesforce Service Cloud Certification.
- Experience leading/facilitating requirement meetings during business requirement gathering sessions or design discussions.
- Customer service minded.
- Solutions oriented and results driven.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, written and presentations skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and leadership qualities to secure cross-functional alignment.
