About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage all aspects of Salesforce.com (SFDC) including complex configuration, customization, and implementation of applications and 3rd party integrations
Participate in application design, configuration, testing, and deployment
Participate in efforts to develop and execute testing, training, and documentation
Utilize best practices to perform operational support, enhancements, bug fixes as needed to the Salesforce.com platform
Follow all standard operating procedures (SOP) and maintain updated ticketing for events, incidents, requests, changes, problems, etc.
Proactively engage on continuous improvement efforts for application design, support, and practice development efforts
Provide technical assistance and end user troubleshooting for bug fixes, enhancements, and “how-to” assistance

Requirements

What you’ll need

Must be US Citizen
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related equivalent
Salesforce Certified App Builder
Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I required
4+ years relevant Salesforce experience with Service Cloud
4+ year of experience in Salesforce Development including declarative development, Custom Objects, Flows, Apex, Triggers, Web Services, Visualforce, REST APIs, and developing custom Lightning components
3+ years' experience with web technologies (HTML 5, CSS 3, jQuery, JavaScript)
2+ years' experience with OO analysis and design experience
2+ years’ experience with data migration, conversion, clean up
Experience working in an Agile environment
Experience using tools like JIRA and Gitlab
Experience with relational databases, data modeling, and ETL tools
Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
Candidate must provide proof of US Citizenship.
