- Build the Lead Engine
- Own the process of finding and enriching high-quality leads
- Manage scoring, enrichment, and territory logic
- Route leads to AE’s and SDR’s automatically in Salesforce & Gong
- Maintain structured, high-quality data across every source
- Set up smart alerts and workflows that surface opportunities in real time
- Optimise the Funnel
- Define and monitor every stage of the sales funnel
- Spot leaks or slowdowns before they cost us revenue
- Build dashboards that give instant visibility into funnel health
- Design and run experiments to boost conversion and customer lifetime value
- Turn Data Into Decisions
- Create connected dashboards that reveal what’s working
- Track core metrics like First Purchase rate, ARPU, retention
- Automate summaries and insights for leadership
- Scale Systems & Automation
- Own and optimise Salesforce, Clay, Gong, ThoughtSpot, etc.
- Automate lead enrichment, routing, and follow-ups end-to-end
- Enable Sales Through Smart Systems
- Champion new tools and training that improve sales productivity
- Simplify workflows for faster closures
Requirements
- 6-10 years in Revenue, Growth, or Sales Operations
- Fluent in Salesforce, Clay, Gong and automation tools (e.g. Zapier/Make.com)
- AI-first mindset - you actively use and experiment with AI tools to automate, analyse, and accelerate work
- Data-savvy - comfortable building your own dashboards and queries
- Bias toward execution - you build, test, and iterate without waiting for perfection
- Curious, systems-minded, and love making things run smoother every day
