  • Own and optimise Salesforce, Clay, Gong, ThoughtSpot, etc.
  • Automate lead enrichment, routing, and follow-ups end-to-end
  • Enable Sales Through Smart Systems
  • Champion new tools and training that improve sales productivity
  • Simplify workflows for faster closures

Requirements

  • 6-10 years in Revenue, Growth, or Sales Operations
  • Fluent in Salesforce, Clay, Gong and automation tools (e.g. Zapier/Make.com)
  • AI-first mindset - you actively use and experiment with AI tools to automate, analyse, and accelerate work
  • Data-savvy - comfortable building your own dashboards and queries
  • Bias toward execution - you build, test, and iterate without waiting for perfection
  • Curious, systems-minded, and love making things run smoother every day
