About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide hands-on oversight and leadership to Providers, LPN/LVNs, and Medical Assistants
- Set objectives and ensure high standards across the clinical team
- Conduct training, skills assessments, and mentorship
- Establish and refine clinical policies, procedures, and workflows
- Ensure compliance with licensure, certification, and regulatory requirements
- Analyze and enhance quality and performance metrics to improve patient outcomes
- Collaborate with the Executive Team and multidisciplinary colleagues
- Create education content and drive quality initiatives
- Champion best practices
- Support new clinical programs and initiatives in wound care
Requirements
What you’ll need- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Required)
- Wound Care certification preferred or required within 45 days of hire
- Wound care experience
- Minimum of 4 years in wound care
- Minimum of 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
- Ability to guide and support a diverse clinical team
- Passion for patient-centered care and professional excellence
