About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide hands-on oversight and leadership to Providers, LPN/LVNs, and Medical Assistants
  • Set objectives and ensure high standards across the clinical team
  • Conduct training, skills assessments, and mentorship
  • Establish and refine clinical policies, procedures, and workflows
  • Ensure compliance with licensure, certification, and regulatory requirements

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Required)
  • Wound Care certification preferred or required within 45 days of hire
  • Wound care experience
  • Minimum of 4 years in wound care
  • Minimum of 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
  • Ability to guide and support a diverse clinical team
  • Passion for patient-centered care and professional excellence
