About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Handle export processes for chemical products;
  • Verify and review export documentation;
  • Manage booking amendments;
  • Track and analyze transit times (T/T), service performance and ETDs;
  • Prepare and process remittance letters with the bank;
  • Review order corrections;
  • Conduct daily checks of deadline-driven activities (ISF, VGM, customs clearance);
  • Monitor shipment status and follow up on revisions;
  • Serve as the primary contact for client teams and shipping lines;

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Degree in International Trade/Commerce, Business Administration, International Relations, Logistics, or Economics;
  • Intermediate Excel skills;
  • Basic knowledge of Macros/VBA and Power BI;
  • Advanced English is a plus;
  • Good communication skills;
  • Proactive attitude;
