About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Handle export processes for chemical products;
Verify and review export documentation;
Manage booking amendments;
Track and analyze transit times (T/T), service performance and ETDs;
Prepare and process remittance letters with the bank;
Review order corrections;
Conduct daily checks of deadline-driven activities (ISF, VGM, customs clearance);
Monitor shipment status and follow up on revisions;
Serve as the primary contact for client teams and shipping lines;

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in International Trade/Commerce, Business Administration, International Relations, Logistics, or Economics;
Intermediate Excel skills;
Basic knowledge of Macros/VBA and Power BI;
Advanced English is a plus;
Good communication skills;
Proactive attitude;
