CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Manager
NitradoCRM & Lifecycle Marketing Manager at Nitrado shaping communication strategies for user engagement across gaming platforms. Owning segmentation, platform configuration, and performance reports with a data-driven approach.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define and manage the full user communication lifecycle across Nitrado and Apex Hosting
- Build event-driven and segment-aware journeys
- Work with BI to understand data models and identify actionable segments
- Own the marketing configuration of the CRM platform
- Manage templates, automation logic, and deliverability hygiene
- Be the CRM interface for campaign launches and product updates
- Define and maintain CRM performance metrics
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of hands-on CRM or lifecycle marketing experience
- Proven track record of owning segmentation, automation, and campaign execution
- Solid understanding of email deliverability, list hygiene, and GDPR compliance
- Proficiency in at least one modern marketing automation platform (Customer.io, Braze, Klaviyo, or Iterable)
- Comfortable with HTML/CSS for email templating
- Experience working with data and BI teams
- Analytical mindset and evidence-based recommendations
- Proficiency in English; German skills or gaming/entertainment experience is an advantage
- Ability to thrive in shifting priorities and incomplete documentation
