• Conduct cold outreach via phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings to initiate contact with prospects and introduce our products/services.
• Attending conferences to actively engage with industry peers and prospects, leveraging networking opportunities and insightful discussions to close valuable sales leads.
• Collaborate with the Sales team to create and execute strategies for lead generation and customer acquisition.
• Execute compelling product demonstrations to effectively convert prospects into loyal customers.

Account Manager

• Identify, research, and source potential referral and strategic partners aligned with Nitra’s growth goals
• Conduct outbound outreach to prospective partners via email, calls, and meetings
• Qualify partnership opportunities and assess strategic fit
• Manage early-stage conversations through initial structuring and internal alignment
• Own and maintain active partnerships across their full lifecycle
• Build strong, long-term relationships with partner stakeholders
• Coordinate internally to ensure smooth partner onboarding, enablement, and ongoing execution
• Track partner performance, engagement, and contribution to pipeline or revenue
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned partners
