About the role
- Building and maintaining custom workflows, automation, and processes in Salesforce
- Designing systems to improve revenue team efficiency and productivity
- Managing data integrity, reporting, and dashboards across teams
- Partnering with stakeholders to scope and implement Salesforce solutions aligned with business needs
- Serving as the subject matter expert on Salesforce functionality, security, and best practices
- Proactively identifying and implementing process improvements
Requirements
- 5+ years of Salesforce Administrator experience
- A proven track record of building automation, workflows, and processes in Salesforce from scratch
- Strong experience supporting revenue teams (Sales, Marketing, CS, Operations)
- Ability to translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions
- Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Preferably experience working in the tech or fintech sector
- Salesforce Administrator certification (preferred, not required)
