Key responsibilities & impact

Supervise, mentor, and evaluate a team of three AP professionals.
Oversee the end-to-end accounts payable process, including invoice processing, payment approvals, and vendor management.
Manage and maintain strong vendor relationships.
Ensure compliance with all tax regulations.
Collaborate closely with supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, and other departments.
Manage monthly closing activities, including reconciliations, accruals, and reporting for AP.
Prepare and analyze AP reports, cash flow forecasts, and outstanding payables summaries for management.
Support and coordinate internal and external audits.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
5+ years of progressive experience in accounts payable or related finance roles.
2+ years supervisory experience.
CAPP certification or similar credentials (preferred).
Hands-on experience with ERP systems and AP automation tools (preferred).
Strong Excel and reporting skills (preferred).
Deep understanding of accounting principles, tax regulations, and audit processes (preferred).
A proactive mindset and a passion for continuous improvement (preferred).
