Requirements

What you’ll need

Juris Doctor Degree from an accredited law school
5+ years of legal regulatory experience
Licensed to practice law in at least one state in the U.S.
Exemplary personal and professional integrity and business ethics
Ability to function autonomously
Ability to balance legal issues with business goals
Strong legal reasoning and decision-making skills
Strong judgment and leadership skills
Knowledge of state and federal laws
Experience in the utility industry or other regulated industry is strongly preferred
