About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage the quarterly and annual SEC filing process
- Partner with stakeholders in preparation of forms 10-Q and 10-K
- Review and draft quarterly financial statements and footnotes
- Monitor SEC and FASB updates for implementation of disclosures
- Compile, organize and format data for reporting
- Identify and research reporting issues and provide recommendations
- Support regulatory initiatives by gathering data and preparing schedules
Requirements
What you’ll need- Four-year degree in business discipline
- 4-6 years' experience in finance, accounting, regulatory or a related field (SEC reporting experience is preferred)
