About the role
- Oversee and provide subject matter expertise in the design, development, and maintenance of Technical and Safety programs.
- Conduct training needs analyses and develop assessment tools.
- Design and develop training programs tailored to organizational needs.
- Monitor effectiveness and applicability of training activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree In Instructional Design or 3+ years of experience in a Training, Teaching, or Instructional Design position.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience using digital technology for presentations.
- Proficiency with software such as Adobe and Articulate.
- Valid Driver's License upon hire.
- Travel up to 25%.
