About the role
- Manage all phases of a contract lifecycle, from drafting and negotiation to administration and closeout
- Ensure contracts comply with regulations and protect the organization's interests
- Create, review, and negotiate complex supplier contract language
- Examine existing contracts for compliance with laws and identify potential risks or opportunities for improvement
- Support and execute the contract lifecycle process, including tracking key dates and renewals
- Collaborate with legal and business teams to gather contract requirements
- Maintain accurate records in contract management systems
- Identify and mitigate basic contractual risks
- Participate in supplier onboarding and documentation collection
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field OR equivalent experience
- 1-2 years of procurement, contract management, or supply chain experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with contract management or ERP systems is a plus
