• Ensure contracts comply with regulations and protect the organization's interests
• Create, review, and negotiate complex supplier contract language
• Examine existing contracts for compliance with laws and identify potential risks or opportunities for improvement
• Support and execute the contract lifecycle process, including tracking key dates and renewals
• Collaborate with legal and business teams to gather contract requirements
• Maintain accurate records in contract management systems
• Identify and mitigate basic contractual risks
• Participate in supplier onboarding and documentation collection
