About the role
- Execute infusion integrations from pre-go-live through post-launch stabilization
- Manage integration workplans, timelines, and operational readiness checklists
- Lead infusion service conversions from legacy EMR systems into WeInfuse, ensuring accuracy and clinical alignment
- Coordinate with nursing, patient access, revenue cycle, pharmacy, and IT partners
- Support training readiness and adherence to standardized infusion workflows
- Identify operational risks and escalate issues to infusion leadership
- Serve as the subject matter expert in infusion workflows and WeInfuse
- Travel Requirements: 30-40%
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in infusion services, specialty pharmacy, or healthcare operations
- Working knowledge of infusion orders, benefits verification, scheduling, and billing workflows
- Strong project coordination and organizational skills
- Ability to operate independently and manage multiple integrations concurrently
- Experience with WeInfuse, AthenaOne, or infusion technology platforms preferred
