About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience while fostering strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Global Research customers.
  • Oversee customer service relationships and ensure a high standard of support throughout the customer journey.
  • Responsible for the day-to-day management of order processing, order tracking, and reporting.
  • Develop, strengthen, and maintain relationships with existing clients to support and expand partnerships in global clinical research.
  • Collaborate with key customer stakeholders and internal cross-functional teams.
  • Ensure flawless execution of order processes, logistics, and tracking.
  • Prepare quotes and proposals as requested by customers.
  • Maintain, protect, expand and enhance sales for NIOX with key account(s).

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma required
  • Bachelor's degree in communications or business is a plus
  • Experience of order processing and logistics coordination.
  • Robust customer service skills and the ability to deal with conflict and solve problems.
  • Previous experience with SAP Business One a plus, but not required
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong teamwork ethic, with a willingness to expand job functions to other areas when needed
  • Basic knowledge and usage of Microsoft Office Software (ex. Excel, Word, Outlook)
