About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop videos and animations for acquisition, retention and conversion campaigns.
- Produce campaign adaptations for different formats, channels, and digital platforms.
- Adapt audiovisual assets for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, CRM, Display, and other media channels.
- Support the execution of creative requests from the Growth, Communications, and Performance teams.
- Collaborate with the Senior Motion Designer on the implementation and evolution of audiovisual campaigns.
- Translate key visuals, scripts, and creative concepts into motion pieces aligned with brand guidelines.
- Perform video editing, assembly, basic audio cleanup, and finalization of materials.
- Ensure proper organization of files, project structure, and version control for deliverables.
- Contribute to building and maintaining animation libraries, templates, and visual assets.
- Participate in creative discussions and provide suggestions to improve produced materials.
- Use AI tools and resources to increase productivity and operational efficiency.
- Ensure quality, visual consistency, and adherence to established deadlines.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience producing advertising campaigns, digital marketing content, or performance-focused content.
- Knowledge of animation, compositing, transitions, and audiovisual language for digital environments.
- Experience producing assets for social media, paid media, and other digital channels.
- Ability to manage multiple simultaneous requests and work under tight deadlines.
- Experience in high-demand environments with a large volume of creative production.
- Familiarity with creative testing processes and campaign optimization is a plus.
- Knowledge of AI tools applied to audiovisual production is a plus.
- Understanding of how creative assets perform on digital platforms and best practices for performance campaigns.
- Experience working in high-demand environments with large volumes of deliverables.
