About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop videos and animations for acquisition, retention and conversion campaigns.
  • Produce campaign adaptations for different formats, channels, and digital platforms.
  • Adapt audiovisual assets for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, CRM, Display, and other media channels.
  • Support the execution of creative requests from the Growth, Communications, and Performance teams.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Motion Designer on the implementation and evolution of audiovisual campaigns.
  • Translate key visuals, scripts, and creative concepts into motion pieces aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Perform video editing, assembly, basic audio cleanup, and finalization of materials.
  • Ensure proper organization of files, project structure, and version control for deliverables.
  • Contribute to building and maintaining animation libraries, templates, and visual assets.
  • Participate in creative discussions and provide suggestions to improve produced materials.
  • Use AI tools and resources to increase productivity and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure quality, visual consistency, and adherence to established deadlines.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience producing advertising campaigns, digital marketing content, or performance-focused content.
  • Knowledge of animation, compositing, transitions, and audiovisual language for digital environments.
  • Experience producing assets for social media, paid media, and other digital channels.
  • Ability to manage multiple simultaneous requests and work under tight deadlines.
  • Experience in high-demand environments with a large volume of creative production.
  • Familiarity with creative testing processes and campaign optimization is a plus.
  • Knowledge of AI tools applied to audiovisual production is a plus.
  • Understanding of how creative assets perform on digital platforms and best practices for performance campaigns.
  • Experience working in high-demand environments with large volumes of deliverables.
