About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and maintain analytical and predictive models in Python, from data exploration to production deployment.
Work closely with business areas to understand problems, formulate hypotheses, and communicate findings clearly and concisely.
Ensure the quality, reproducibility, and scalability of delivered solutions.
Analyze and interpret large volumes of data to identify patterns and trends.
Propose and implement innovative solutions to business challenges using data science techniques.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proficiency in Python for data analysis and modeling (pandas, scikit-learn, statsmodels or similar).
Solid foundation in statistics — hypothesis testing, distributions, regression, inference.
Ability to structure ambiguous problems and propose solutions with autonomy.
Good communication skills to translate technical results for non-technical audiences.
Plus: Familiarity with cloud environments (GCP, AWS or Azure).
Experience with A/B experiments and causal inference.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics or related fields.
Postgraduate degree or master’s in Data Science or related areas (preferred).
