About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and maintain analytical and predictive models in Python, from data exploration to production deployment.
  • Work closely with business areas to understand problems, formulate hypotheses, and communicate findings clearly and concisely.
  • Ensure the quality, reproducibility, and scalability of delivered solutions.
  • Analyze and interpret large volumes of data to identify patterns and trends.
  • Propose and implement innovative solutions to business challenges using data science techniques.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proficiency in Python for data analysis and modeling (pandas, scikit-learn, statsmodels or similar).
  • Solid foundation in statistics — hypothesis testing, distributions, regression, inference.
  • Ability to structure ambiguous problems and propose solutions with autonomy.
  • Good communication skills to translate technical results for non-technical audiences.
  • Plus: Familiarity with cloud environments (GCP, AWS or Azure).
  • Experience with A/B experiments and causal inference.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics or related fields.
  • Postgraduate degree or master’s in Data Science or related areas (preferred).
