About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define and execute an integrated growth strategy across digital channels (chat, WhatsApp, mobile app, web, bots), focusing on a hybrid model that combines automation with assisted service.
- Continuously map and optimize end-to-end digital sales journeys, identifying critical conversion points, friction, and opportunities for intelligent automation.
- Manage the sales funnel with end-to-end analytical depth.
- Implement and optimize applied AI solutions (LLMs, contextual chatbots, natural language processing) for lead qualification and intelligent escalations.
- Work with partners to implement and measure the impact of operational initiatives that improve conversion and reduce service costs.
- Monitor integrated KPIs (bot deflection rate, conversion rate by channel, average handling time, NPS, gross adds, LTV, FPD).
- Manage strategic relationships with technology vendors, AI platform providers, channel orchestration vendors, and operational partners.
- Propose and validate operational changes with service partners, focusing on incremental impact on conversion and reduction of customer effort.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience managing the digital sales funnel with a focus on gross metrics.
- Significant experience in assisted/omnichannel service operations: deep understanding of operational metrics, escalation costs, SLAs, and the impact of automation.
- Experience with assisted digital channels (chat, WhatsApp, mobile/web applications) using a hybrid bot→human model.
- Expertise in AI and machine learning optimization applied to customer service (conversational bots, LLMs, natural language processing).
- Expertise in commercial KPIs and the digital sales funnel: conversion, LTV, CAC, gross adds, FPD, and the ability to connect operational actions to business impact.
- Experience managing partners.
- Desired Qualifications
- Experience with inbound sales operations.
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, Data Science, or related fields.
- Familiarity with prompt frameworks, LLMs, and conversational AI solutions.
