About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Act as Tech Lead for development teams focused on web and mobile digital channels.
  • Work hands-on in full-stack development, directly participating in critical implementations, resolving complex troubleshooting, and providing technical support to the team.
  • Lead development of conversational journeys, including WhatsApp, under the technical guidance of the COE (Center of Excellence) for this area.
  • Technically lead initiatives to evolve and modernize digital channels, focusing on performance, scalability, and customer experience.
  • Ensure software engineering best practices, code quality, testing, and observability.
  • Lead integrations between digital channels and backend platforms.
  • Work closely with Product, UX, and Business teams, translating requirements into consistent technical solutions.
  • Promote dissemination of technical knowledge, conduct code reviews, and drive team development.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Previous experience as a Tech Lead and hands-on experience in digital channels, including modern frontend (React, Angular, Vue or similar) and/or mobile (React Native, Flutter, or native iOS/Android).
  • Strong experience in full-stack development, preferably with React, React Native, Node.js, and Java.
  • Knowledge and experience with digital channel architectures such as BFF (Backend for Frontend), Server-Side Rendering (SSR), microfrontends, caching strategies, and other modern approaches.
  • Experience with service-oriented architectures and REST APIs.
  • Familiarity with DevOps best practices, CI/CD, and cloud environments.
  • Ability to provide technical leadership, make decisions, and support the team's development.
  • Strong communication skills to work with multidisciplinary teams (Product, UX, Business).
  • Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, or OpenShift).
  • Cloud certifications are a plus.
