About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design and evolve Salesforce architectures, working across the main clouds and integrating with legacy systems.
Develop, review and ensure code quality in Apex, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components and Visualforce.
Propose continuous improvements to architecture, automations and development processes.
Gather technical requirements, perform impact analysis and assess Salesforce platform limitations.
Act as a technical mentor for junior and mid-level developers, conducting code reviews and providing technical guidance.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Solid experience as a Salesforce Developer, with experience in Vlocity, OmniStudio and Agentforce.
Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud; proficiency in Apex and Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, Visualforce, SOQL and SOSL.
Experience with complex integrations (REST, SOAP, middleware); strong knowledge of data security, profiles, permission sets and sharing model.
Advanced knowledge of data modeling, automations and Salesforce architecture.
Experience with CI/CD, source control and management of Salesforce environments.
English for reading, writing and understanding technical documentation.
Nice to have: Salesforce certifications, experience in large-scale enterprise environments, familiarity with event-driven architecture, experience with integration platforms (MuleSoft, Sensedia, OSB, etc.), and experience in high-volume, mission-critical projects.
Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related fields.
