About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage collections portfolios with a focus on credit recovery and delinquency control.
  • Develop, test and refine collections strategies and workflows with a focus on digital channels.
  • Negotiate with customers to find solutions that preserve the relationship while maintaining results.
  • Manage collection agencies and vendors: monitor performance, enforce deliverables and provide data-driven feedback.
  • Analyze KPIs such as penetration, recovery, aging and cost per contact, proposing corrective actions.
  • Actively participate in the implementation of new processes and tools for the area.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in utilities or sectors with a large base of individual customers.
  • Knowledge of digital payment methods: Pix, recurring card payments and direct debit.
  • Certifications in negotiation or collections management.
  • Desired profile: organized, direct and results-oriented.
  • Proactive, strong communicator and comfortable working with ambiguity.
