About the role
- Serve as Tech Lead for web and mobile digital channels development teams.
- Provide technical leadership for initiatives to evolve and modernize digital channels, focusing on performance, scalability and customer experience.
- Ensure software engineering best practices, code quality, testing and observability.
- Work hands-on in fullstack development, directly participating in critical implementations and resolving complex troubleshooting.
- Promote technical knowledge sharing, conduct code reviews and support team growth.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Tech Lead and background in digital channels (modern Frontend, Mobile).
- Strong experience in fullstack development (React, React Native, Node.js).
- Knowledge and experience with digital channel architectures (BFF, SSR, micro-frontends).
- Experience with service-oriented architectures and REST APIs.
- Familiarity with DevOps best practices, CI/CD and cloud environments.
- Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or related fields.
- Nice to have: Experience with conversational channels (WhatsApp), experience in large-scale environments (telecom, banking), familiarity with integrations with Salesforce CRM.
